Features & Components
Is Spacruzzi compliant with all regulatory agencies?
Yes. Spacruzzi complies with all US Coast Guard regulations to safely operate. In addition, the fireplace stove is also compliant with all USCG regulations. Spacruzzi has also been approved to operate in some of the cleanest and most heavily regulated lakes in the United States.
How does it heat up and stay hot?
Our gas heater keeps Spacruzzi at the perfect temperature throughout the ride and accelerates start-up heating. Our patent-pending internal heating, circulation and filtration system heats Spacruzzi at start-up and maintains heat between rides.
Unlike wood-burning hot tub boats, Spacruzzi's heater allows for perfectly regulated temperature and no worry of a wave putting out the fire in the middle of a ride.
How long does the electric motor battery last?
A charge will typically last four to five hours at crusing speed, more than twice as long as a typical ride, however battery life will vary with speed and other factors. We recommend employing additional batteries for rental use so every ride starts with a fresh battery as an extra precaution.
How does the tub water stay clean?
Our patent-pending internal filtration system heats and cleans water as it circulates in the tub while the boat is dockside. Spacruzzi uses an all-natural cleaning process (no chemicals). The Spacruzzi process includes using at dockside a chlorinator probe with light salt which creates an electrolysis process that brings the water to the highest level of hygiene compliance. However, it is incumbent upon the owner-operator to ensure that the tub water meets all regulatory standards during operation.
What happens in the event of repair or maintenance?
All Spacruzzi components are designed to be removed and replaced for minimal downtime in the event of repair or replacement. The heating and filtration system can be removed from the hull and repaired or replaced if eligible under the manufacturer warranty.
